FESTIVALS

With a curated line up of in house brands and partner operators, DOME has developed and operated a travelling food hall that activates festivals throughout the summer season. In 2025, we partnered closely with the founder of Brockwell Live to bring this vision to life, delivering a highly produced roster of food concepts that made an immediate visual impact and served exceptional food at volume.

Our units are designed and built in house to an elevated standard, allowing them to stand out in crowded festival environments where quality and visibility are key. Under our Under One Roof ethos, we enhanced customer experience through intelligent design, efficient operational flow and a multi cuisine offer that still feels independent at every touchpoint. The result is a destination that increases festival value, drives revenue and consistently outperforms traditional operators. DOME is now recognised as the high volume, high quality, design led operator of choice.
